Aspirations: I want to... finish a series of fantasy novels that tell an amazing bunch of stories, while also throwing into question the beliefs, values, and identities we often take for granted; write a musical; score a film; finish my stageplay and live to see it produced; finish both of my screenplays and live to see at least one filmed; raise a kid or two, and maybe find myself a wife somewhere along the way; become proficient enough on the violin that I do not cringe every other measure from the ongoing sound of squalling cats; paint something that I like enough to hang in my bedroom... and plenty of other things that I cannot quite grasp at the moment.
